OVERVIEW
Will is an associate in Washington, D.C., focused on complex antitrust, consumer protection, and civil rights litigation. Before joining Hausfeld, Will was an Honors Attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he enforced federal civil rights laws, including the Voting Rights Act.
Will graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a Notes Editor on the Michigan Law Review and a recipient of the Irving Stenn, Jr. Award for student leadership. After law school, he clerked for Judge Gerald A. McHugh in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to law school, Will was a Captain in the U.S. Army. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2017 as an infantry platoon leader in the 101st Airborne Division.
