Edward is an experienced litigator focusing on complex commercial dispute resolution, arbitration and the private enforcement of competition law.
Edward commenced his legal career at Hausfeld and was promoted to Senior Associate in January 2024.
He has played a pivotal role on several multi-million-pound disputes in the High Court. He also has extensive experience working on competition damages claims in the Competition Appeal Tribunal on behalf of consumers, SMEs and multinational corporates.
Most recently, he represented one of the UK's largest independent health care providers in a high-value LCIA arbitration, and he is he currently a key member of the team representing consumers in the high-profile UK Buy Box Claim against Amazon.
During his training, Edward undertook a secondment at Which? where he gained substantial in-house experience focusing on commercial contracts.
During his career, Edward has worked with a broad range of clients in diverse industries and sectors.
