Cara focuses on the resolution of commercial disputes, including competition and financial disputes.
Expertise
Cara joined Hausfeld’s competition team in May 2025 from Hogan Lovells, where she qualified. During that time, she gained experience working on competition law matters related to various litigation, CMA investigations and merger control. She also completed a client secondment at CitiGroup.
Closely aligned with our ethos, Cara has an active pro bono practice and has been involved in a highly publicised and successful landmark judicial review as well as in inquests and public inquiries.

Pro Bono Recognition List
In 2026, Cara was recognised as part of the Pro Bono Recognition List, published annually, which celebrates solicitors and barristers who have dedicated 25 or more hours of pro bono legal assistance in the previous calendar year. The list is under the patronage of The Lady Chief Justice of England & Wales and is supported by The Law Society, Bar Council and all major pro bono legal organisations.
