TL4 - The Competition Law & Artificial Intelligence Summit 2026
On 1 December, Hausfeld Senior Associate, Giulia Trojano will speak at the third annual edition of Thought Leaders 4 Competition's event.
Giulia will join Aaron Green from Freshfields and Aniko Adam from CMS in the session 'Analysing AI Market Investigations'.
The session will explore:
- Emerging market studies into AI: cloud, compute, foundation models, and downstream applications
- The evolving role of market investigations in shaping competition policy for AI
- Remedies and interventions: what tools regulators are considering and deploying
In addition to legal practitioners, speakers included will be from Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), Keystone AI, Ofcom, as well as counsel from Meta.
