LF Dealmakers: Third Annual European Edition
Between 11 and 13 May, the LF Dealmakers forum is set to bring together top executives and thought leaders in litigation finance, alongside in-house and outside counsel.
On 12 May, Hausfeld Global Co-Chair, Anthony Maton, will speak on ‘The class & mass actions playbook - what works - and what doesn't.' Anthony will be joined by Eduardo Ayuela Zurita from Ayuela Jiménez and Becca Hogan from Signature Litigation.
They will discuss:
- The non-negotiables of fundable claims
- Pressure points tested before capital is committed
- Why some claims clear the bar – and others don’t
