UIA 67th Annual Congress: Litigation/Private International Law
On 26th October, Hausfeld’s Head of Commercial, John McElroy joined an expert panel to discuss ‘Together in Harmony? The Future of Civil Procedure’ at the UIA 67th Annual Congress in Rome.
The panel considered whether harmonisation across the spectrum of civil procedure including service, jurisdiction and evidence is possible, required and welcomed.
John was joined by James Rosener from Troutman Pepper, Katarzyna Wasowicz from Wasowicz Abogados, Christian Zinser from Zinser Legal, Francisco Ramos Romeu from RYA, Paolo Lombardi from Studio Legale Elexi, Olaf Hartenstein from Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein and Paul Convery from William Fry.
