On June 1, Hausfeld Partner James Pizzirusso will serve as a panelist at the NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit Philadelphia. The NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit is a premier education and networking event featuring three days of workshops and panel discussions by leading cyber experts who share their insights on hot topics, trends, and cybersecurity concerns. The conference will take place from May 31 through June 2 at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel.

James will participate in the “Motivated Plaintiffs” panel alongside Doug Meal Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Patrick Barthle attorney at Morgan & Morgan, Kelly Iverson Partner at Lynch Carpenter, and MaryBeth Gibson Partner at The Finley Firm, P.C. The panel will cover topics including jurisdictional comparisons: finding fertile ground, finding clients and incidents ripe for litigation, developing the cause of action, and issues of standing.
