Leaders Plus: inspiring insights: how to get to an Executive Director role as a parent
On Thursday 7th December, Lucy Pert, joined the Leaders Plus Panel on ‘how to get to an Executive Director Role as a parent’. The event aimed to support and inspire the attendees to progress to exec director/CEO level whilst enjoying their young children. This will lead to greater diversity at the top.
As Head of DEI in London, Commercial Disputes partner and mum of two, this is a topic close to Lucy’s heart. She joined Patrick Goymer from Nature Publishing Group, Fiona Evans from RSPCA and Sonia Sudhark from the Royal Mail. The panel examined what it takes to overcome the challenges that might be restricting access to more senior roles as a parent.
