OVERVIEW
Matthew is a Senior Staff Attorney in Hausfeld's Washington, D.C. office.
Prior to joining Hausfeld, Matthew served as a Staff Attorney, where he worked on a variety of complex litigation matters including consumer protection, shareholder lawsuits, and antitrust cases. His experience spans large class action lawsuits involving emissions litigation, pharmaceutical device fraud, investor fraud, high tech litigation, price-fixing, price gouging, and data privacy litigation. Matthew specialized in document review and analysis, drafting hot document memos, preparing deposition summaries, and utilizing advanced document review platforms including Everlaw, Relativity, Disco, and Heretik.
Previously, Matthew practiced as a Social Security Disability Attorney, advocating for disability claimants at administrative law hearings and drafting pre-hearing briefs and appeals. He also served as a Law Clerk to judges at Skagit County Superior Court, where he performed legal research and drafted legal memos.
