Ginevra focuses on commercial disputes, competition litigation and human rights law.
Ginevra was an intern at Hausfeld between 2017 and 2018 and assisted on some of Hausfeld’s most prominent cases during that time, including Stuart Wall v RBS and Air Cargo. Following the completion of her LPC in 2019, she re-joined Hausfeld and now trains to qualify as a solicitor.
Prior to Hausfeld, she undertook a number of legal internships and voluntary work in multiple jurisdictions, over the course of three years. She gained experience in the legal and NGO/not-for-profit sectors. Highlights were her work with refugees at the Projects Abroad Human Rights Office in Cape Town and her internship at ALMT Legal, a top-tier dispute resolution law firm in Mumbai.
She demonstrates excellent case management skills and has had the responsibility of ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day legal departments. She possesses advocacy experience before the Social Security and Child Support Tribunal. Being passionate about access to justice, Ginevra has dedicated much of her free time to providing free legal advice to members of the public, at the Bar Pro Bono Unit (now Advocate) and the Free Representation Unit in London.
