OVERVIEW

David is a Staff Attorney in Hausfeld's Washington, D.C. office.

David focuses on complex litigation involving regulatory and commercial disputes. His experience includes legal research, drafting memoranda, and analyzing contractual and regulatory issues across a range of matters.

Prior to joining Hausfeld, David served as a Law Clerk at Homer Law, Chartered in Washington, D.C., where he researched and drafted memoranda on legal issues affecting Indigenous tribes, including cybersecurity, internet gambling, and campaign finance. He also reviewed management contracts for compliance with federally regulated tribal rights and interests and assisted in drafting enforcement actions on behalf of tribal authorities to compel compliance with tribal law.

David also gained in-house legal experience as a Legal Intern to the General Counsel at Atlantis Management Group, where he reviewed and drafted agreements relating to assignments, subleases, asset purchase agreements, motor fuel supply agreements, and property transfers. Earlier in his career, he worked operationally with the company to support the conversion of legacy convenience stores in Connecticut and New York into franchise locations, coordinating with contractors and sales teams to address construction and land development issues
