Solving alternatively the disputes before the bench: the role of judges and counsel between mediation, facilitation and negotiation
Hausfeld Partner Lucy Pert, will join judges and leading legal practitioners from across the globe for a panel exploring alternative approaches to resolving disputes before they reach the bench.
Lucy will be joined by Professor Zachary Calo from Kalbian Hagerty LLP, Jalal El Ahdab from FIDAL, Rocco Rondi from BMG Avocats, Gary Birnberg from JAMS, Sarah Murphy from A&L Goodbody, Justice Nallini Pathmanathan from the Federal Court of Malaysia and Judge Fabienne Schaller from the French Ministry of Justice.
The session will focus on the roles of judges and counsel in mediation, facilitation and negotiation. It will examine how these processes can complement formal litigation and contribute to more efficient and effective dispute resolution.
