GREAT Legal Futures - Developments in arbitration: insights from around the world

One of the key events of the GREAT Legal Futures summit organised by the UK Ministry of Justice is the roundtable session ‘Developments in Arbitration: Insights from around the world’ on 2 November 2022. 

The breakfast roundtable discussion held under Chatham House Rule will discuss implications of sanctions; challenges in different regions and their impact on transparency, enforceability, neutrality; and the rise of arbitration centres and institutions and the role they play. 

Partner Lucy Pert will join 18 other arbitration experts from the Northern and Southern Hemisphere who come together in Miami to share their insights and perspectives. 

Practical arrangements

This five-day event from 30 October to 3 November, coincides with the IBA Annual Conference, and takes place at The Boulan Hotel, 22- 21st Street, Miami Beach, FL 33139, USA. 

The breakfast roundtable takes place between 8.30 am - 10.00 am local time, on 2 November 2022.
