ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery, Law, and Technology Conference 2022

On October 11 and 12th, Hausfeld Partner Jeannine Kenney served as a panelist during the 11th Annual Arizona State University Arkfeld eDiscovery, Law, and Technology Conference. This conference, which focused on the practical and emerging issues affecting the practice of law in the digital age, took place in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona, at ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.

Jeannine Kenney joined other highly accomplished jurists, technologists, and legal professionals as they explored emerging eDiscovery topics and concerns. Panelists and speakers discussed various eDiscovery issues that affect privacy, security, information governance, and the practice of the eDiscovery law.

Jeannine participated in the discussion panels, “Rule 37(e), Establishing Spoliation and Appropriate Remedies,” and “Trust But Verify, But How?” In “Rule 37(e), Establishing Spoliation and Appropriate Remedies”, Jeannine joined panelists, Hon. Xavier Rodriguez and Joy Woller in discussing the severe consequences of the growth of Electronically Stored Information. The next day, Jeannine was a panelist on the “Trust But Verify, But How” panel alongside Maura Grossman, Hon. Xavier Rodriguez, and Joy Woller. This session investigated when it was necessary to validate throughout the different phases of the eDiscovery process.
