Sarah brings over 20 years’ experience in Human Resource management across a variety of professional services industries. Her track record of success has been in building and rejuvenating HR functions in complex organisations, participating in employee relations programmes and also spearheading change management projects for companies as they evolve. Before joining Hausfeld Sarah worked at Paul Weiss, consulting on their HR function through a period of growth and Morrison & Foerster LLP as Senior HR Manager cover.

With a strategic and pragmatic approach, Sarah provides solutions to develop business functions. Most importantly, she helps employees to reach their full potential through providing practical solutions, support, and guidance.
