OVERVIEW

Jose focuses his practice on antitrust litigation. Jose earned his J.D. from William & Mary School of Law and LL.M. in Global Antitrust Law and Economics from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School. During his time at George Mason, Jose was a recipient of the Global Antitrust Institute Award For Outstanding Performance in Antitrust Law and Economics and externed with the Federal Trade Commission’s Technology Enforcement Division. During his time at William & Mary, Jose served as Senior Notes Editor of the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review and externed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida with the Honorable Barry S. Seltzer.

In 2024, Jose was recognized in the Bold Award category, an award given to those persons who have demonstrated a fearless approach to litigation or problem solving, one of five award categories that make up the Hausfeld Values Awards, an annual recognition program that highlights the achievements of Hausfeld team members based on their significant contributions made and results achieved over the prior calendar year.
