Ellen Gracey
OVERVIEW
Ellen focuses primarily on commercial litigation.
Expertise
Ellen trained at White & Case LLP in their UK and New York offices. Most recently, she practised in their litigation and arbitration department, where she developed considerable expertise representing clients in both commercial litigation and international arbitration, often working with teams globally.
She also gained experience in employment, compensation and benefits matters, representing clients on a mixture of advisory, contentious and transactional work. She possesses expertise in banking, financial restructuring and insolvency, having taken a lead role in the signing process for the accession of nine English obligors to an asset-based loan and term loan facility. Furthermore, Ellen has knowledge of the private equity sector.
Clients
Ellen has represented a diverse range of clients across multiple jurisdictions including banks, fashion houses, oil and gas companies as well as high net-worth individuals. In addition, she has represented some clients on a pro-bono basis.
Working towards a diverse, equitable and inclusive work force is paramount to Ellen who is an active member of Hausfeld's Disability Inclusion group.
