Adam Wasinger
OVERVIEW
Adam Wasinger is a staff attorney in Hausfeld’s Washington, D.C. office specializing in antitrust and data breach litigation.
While in law school, Adam was a Legal and Regulatory Intern at the Entertainment Software Association and a Legal Intern at the Recording Industry Association of America. Also, while in law school, Adam served as a student attorney at Glushko-Samelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic where he provided counseling services to local arts organizations and advised on music licensing and fair use analysis.
In 2024, Adam was recognized in the Tenacious Award category, an award given to those persons who has demonstrated dedication, grit and fortitude in their work, one of five award categories that make up the Hausfeld Values Awards, an annual recognition program that highlights the achievements of Hausfeld team members based on their significant contributions made and results achieved over the prior calendar year.
Working towards a diverse, equitable, and inclusive world is paramount to Adam who is an active member of our Social Inclusion working group.
