Rachel H. Milazzo
OVERVIEW
Rachel joined Hausfeld in 2024 and brings 20 years of paralegal experience to the firm. She supports the firm’s global antitrust and class action practice, working on landmark matters such as In re LIBOR-Based Financial Instruments Antitrust Litigation, In re Rail Freight Fuel Surcharge Antitrust Litigation, In re Construction Rental Equipment Antitrust Litigation, and Korean App Developers v. Apple.
Her background spans complex commercial litigation, class actions, and corporate law, giving her a strong foundation for the high-stakes discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation central to Hausfeld’s work. She collaborates closely with attorneys and clients on all aspects of litigation, from managing large-scale e-discovery and research to preparing deposition and trial materials with precision.
In 2025, Rachel joined Hausfeld’s Technology Committee, where she contributes to advancing the firm’s use of innovative legal technology.
