Kira is an associate in Hausfeld’s Washington, D.C. office, where her practice focuses on technology law, data privacy, and consumer protection. Her practice seeks to advance and vindicate consumer rights in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Before joining Hausfeld, Kira clerked for the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Previously, Kira worked at a large international law firm, where she advised clients on litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters related to data privacy and consumer protection, represented clients in government investigations, and advocated for individuals in asylum and criminal defense proceedings pro bono. She also served as a Fellow in the Office of U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff, where she supported the Senator’s work on the Committee on the Judiciary, including investigatory work conducted by the Subcommittee on Human Rights and the Law.

Kira’s background includes significant contributions to research and policy development on emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and digital ethics through her work with academic and public institutions.
