Extraterritoriality—the Court of Appeal takes an expansive view of article 101 TFEU's scope
On 16 February 2018, the Court of Appeal handed down its decision further to the combined appeals in iiyamas claim for follow-on damages. The Court of Appeal found in favour of the iiyama that their claim for follow-on damages should proceed to trial.
