Experience
Sam’s practice primarily focuses on complex litigation in antitrust matters. Sam earned his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. During his time at school, he externed for the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Competition, and for the U.S. House of Representatives in the office of Congresswoman Katie Porter.
Additionally, Sam externed in the Superior Court of the County of Santa Barbara with the Honorable Brian Hill and served as a student advocate in the school’s Consumer Law Clinic.
Before law school, Sam studied economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Sam is bilingual in English and Arabic.
