Ginevra (Ginny) focuses on commercial disputes, competition litigation and human rights/climate change litigation.

Expertise

Ginny was an intern at Hausfeld between 2017 and 2018 and assisted on some of Hausfeld’s most prominent cases during that time, including Stuart Wall v RBS and Air Cargo. Following the completion of her LPC in 2019, she re-joined Hausfeld as a Trainee and qualified as a solicitor in March 2021.

She has been a pivotal part of legal teams across Hausfeld’s practice areas and has considerable case management experience having been involved in proceedings from pre-action stage up to trial and judgment, including ADR and settlement negotiations in some cases. 

Prior to Hausfeld, Ginny worked in-house at Lombard Odier Asset Management in London and prior to that undertook a number of legal internships and voluntary/third sector work in multiple jurisdictions. Being passionate about access to justice, Ginny has dedicated much of her free time to providing free legal advice to members of the public, at the Bar Pro Bono Unit (now Advocate) and the Free Representation Unit in London. She possesses advocacy experience before the Social Security and Child Support Tribunal.

Ginny has experience representing clients on a range of commercial, competition and environmental/climate change issues across a variety of sectors, including financial services, technology, utilities, sport, transport and not-for-profit.

She is fluent in Italian and English and speaks conversational French.
