Advanced EU Competition Law Conference

Between 26th - 27th November, Knect365 hosted their annual Advanced EU Competition Law Conference in Brussels, Belgium, with a focus day on the 25th.

The event, which Hausfeld was proud to sponsor, offered insight into many aspects of competition law, including verticals & information exchange, enforcement and follow on damages, big data challenges, merger control, cartels & co-operation and dominance and compliance. With over 100 speakers from a variety of sectors, each session brought unique, practical views to the programme.

German Partner, Thomas Höppner, joined the panel on 25th November, to review recent reports and proposals, questioning whether we have the appropriate tools to regulate the digital economy.

Managing Partner, Laurent Geelhand, joined the panel the following morning, exploring Litigation, Private Enforcement and Arbitration.
