Hausfeld shines in three Band 1 practice areas and celebrates new individual rankings in Chambers UK 2027
In its 2027 UK rankings, Chambers recognises Hausfeld across five practice areas.
Three teams shine in Band 1:
- Competition Law: Private Enforcement: Claimant
- Group Litigation: Claimant
- Dispute Resolution Specialist Firms.
Our expertise in Banking Litigation: Claimant and Environment: Claimant closely follows in Band 2 and Band 3, respectively. This year also brings a significant milestone, with more partners than ever individually ranked in this edition.
The feedback from referees reflects the breadth of the team’s work. In Competition Law, one client highlights: “Hausfeld is still head and shoulders above the best of the claimant firms.” The specialist disputes team is recognised for its “commercially focused and pragmatic approach to resolving complex disputes”, while our Environment team is described “ at the cutting edge of this new frontier of litigation”.
The rankings recognise our legal expertise, but most importantly, the team behind it. One referee describes Hausfeld as “a legal team that can be trusted to deliver”, adding: “They don't give up.” Those words speak to the trust, personal commitment and determination our teams bring. Another referee praises the firm’s “stellar staff”, noting that “strategy is developed and implemented seamlessly.”
There are standout individual results, too. Ned Beale now features in Banking Litigation: Claimant, while David Lawne receives recognition for Group Litigation: Claimant. Simon Bishop has gained an additional ranking in Environment: Claimant and moved up in Banking Litigation: Claimant. Lesley Hannah, Luke Streatfeild and Lucy Pert have all moved up the rankings, as has Simon
Our thanks, as always, go to our clients and referees for taking the time to share their feedback.
