TL4 - The third Annual Competition Collective Actions Forum 2025
On the 5th of June, Thought Leaders 4 Disputes will host The Competition Collective Actions Forum 2025 bringing together lawyers from top firms including, Mishcon de Reya, Herbet Smith Freehills, Linklaters, Hogan Lovells and Hausfeld.
Hausfeld Counsel Stella Gartagani, will be joined by Sarina Williams from Linklaters to explore key collective decisions and procedural innovations over the last year.
The session will cover:
• An overview of the cases before the CAT and Court of Appeal: key decisions
• Assessing the UK’s Competition Collective Action Regime and where further development are expected and needed
• A look at Collective Actions currently at the trial stage
• Other procedural innovations
