GCR Live Global: Navigating the future of antitrust

On January 30, 2026, Hausfeld partner Swathi Bojedla will speak at GCR Live Global: Navigating the Future of Antitrust, hosted by Global Competition Review in South Beach, Miami.

Swathi will participate in the panel discussion, “Antitrust: Back to the Future – Is Algorithmic Pricing at the Center of the Spotlight Once Again?”, which will examine the renewed focus on algorithmic pricing and potential collusion across jurisdictions. The panel will explore recent legislative developments, including the Preventing Algorithmic Collusion Act of 2025, as well as major enforcement actions and investigations involving DOJ v. RealPage, Yardi, PVC manufacturers, MultiPlan, and proceedings in the EU and Brazil. Panelists will also discuss whether these cases share common theories of harm, the economic frameworks relied upon by plaintiffs, and the broader implications for future antitrust enforcement involving algorithms.

The panel will be moderated by Nikiforos Iatrou of McCarthy Tétrault and will feature Fernando Carreño of Von Wobeser y Sierra, Maxime Cohen of McGill University, Jennifer Giordano of Latham & Watkins, and Andrea Preusse of Gleiss Lutz.
