American Bar Association’s 2025 Antitrust Plaintiffs’ Roundtable
On October 7, 2025, Hausfeld partner Megan E. Jones will join leading members of the plaintiffs’ bar at the Antitrust Plaintiffs’ Roundtable, hosted by the ABA Antitrust Law Section in San Francisco.
Megan will participate in the panel discussion, Private Plaintiffs’ Strategy and Enforcement Alignment, alongside Susan Athey of Keystone Strategy and Stanford Graduate School of Business and Lin Chan of Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein. The panel will explore how plaintiffs navigate cases that parallel or follow government enforcement actions, how private and public enforcement align or diverge, and the impact of recent rulings on litigation strategy
The Antitrust Law Section for the 2025 ABA Plaintiffs’ Roundtable is an in-person roundtable and networking reception designed for enforcers, plaintiffs’ counsel, and the broader antitrust community. This year’s roundtable, to be held in San Francisco, will offer timely insights into the evolving dynamics of parallel public and private enforcement actions, with a focus on current challenges in case coordination, discovery, remedies, and trial strategies.
The roundtable brings together leading federal and state enforcers, experienced plaintiffs’ attorneys, and federal judges from the Northern District of California for a series of candid, interactive panel discussions.
