ABA 2026 Antitrust International Cartel Workshop

The ABA Antitrust Law Section's International Cartel Workshop, held in collaboration with the International Bar Association, is recognized globally as the premier conference on international cartel enforcement. Now in its 29th year, the Workshop brings together leading enforcers and private practitioners from around the world to engage with the most pressing developments in cartel law through instruction by demonstration, enforcer spotlights, and in-depth panel discussions.

On June 10th, Hausfeld US Managing Partner Melinda R. Coolidge will speak on the panel "Civil Litigation: Current Developments and Strategic Issues."

This roundtable brings together international practitioners to examine the evolving landscape of civil litigation arising alongside or in the wake of criminal cartel investigations. Panelists will explore how companies can manage civil exposure during ongoing investigations, assess the strategic implications of a DOJ statement of interest in pending litigation, and evaluate the broader influence of enforcer policy guidance on how tribunals interpret competition law.

The 2026 Workshop will take place at the Palais Niederösterreich in Vienna, Austria.
