OVERVIEW

Experience

Tim’s practice focuses on environmental and products liability litigation. He currently spends most of his time representing the largest water supplier in the United States against manufacturers and distributors of products containing toxic chemicals for contamination of the local public drinking water.

Before joining Hausfeld, Tim clerked for Justice Solomon of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and practiced labor and employment law at a global law firm where he had the opportunity to represent a class of blind pedestrians in an action against the City of Chicago under the Americans with Disabilities Act for the City’s failure to ensure the accessibility of pedestrian signals.

Tim also has experience in human rights, such as when he filed a petition to the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention on behalf of a Tajik anti-corruption activist who had been imprisoned and tortured for criticizing the government on social media platforms.

Clients

Tim has represented utility companies, sports leagues, news media companies, universities, financial institutions, and entertainment industry clients.
