OVERVIEW

Dr. Szymon Kohlhepp is an Associate at Hausfeld in Berlin.

He advises clients on European and German antitrust law and antitrust damages proceedings.

Before joining Hausfeld, Szymon worked in the practice areas of antitrust, public procurement, foreign trade as well as capital markets law in leading international law firms in Berlin and Brussels.

Szymon holds a doctorate in European law from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), where he worked as a stagiaire at a chair for public law, in particular European law. He taught the subjects of European law, administrative law, and constitutional law.

During his legal training, he assisted, among others, the Department of Litigation Representation of the Federal Republic of Germany before the European Courts of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection.

Szymon is a native speaker of German and Polish and is also fluent in English. Furthermore, he has a good knowledge of French.
