The 14th UIA Annual Business Law Forum

This year the UIA's (International Associations of Lawyers) Annual Business Law Forum focused on the importance of family businesses in today's economy and how it is essential for lawyers to understand their special characteristics and how that may impact their structure, governance, establishment, to mention but a few.

Head of Commercial Disputes, John McElroy, shared his insight on Friday 9 June at 10.15 am on mediation, conflict prevention and private international law - together with an international panel of UK, Spanish, Portuguese and Hungarian lawyers.
