AIJA 2nd Annual Litigation Conference

The upcoming AIJA’s 2nd Annual Litigation Conference in Munich will present the latest developments in e-commerce, commercial contracting and resolution of international commercial disputes, addressing various topics including contract drafting, collective redress, jurisdiction clauses, arbitrability, force majeure, hardship clauses and general terms and conditions – equipping attendees with all the tools to resolve issues and challenges.
Staying with the theme, Hausfeld Partner, Duran Ross joins the “When you need a plan B” session where an international panel explores what can be done when a hearing or other procedural step doesn't quite go to plan, and a new approach is required to support the litigation strategy.
Moderated by Sophie Püschel-Arnold from Walder Wyss, Duran will be joined by Theresia Welser from WOLF THEISS and Fabienne Seppi from, Nägele Rechtsanwälte GmbH.
