As Law360 recaps, “For Hausfeld LLP partner Megan Jones, 2020 capped years of multidistrict litigation against Blue Cross Blue Shield insurers for allegedly using trademarking and other practices, including limits on non-Blue revenues, to suppress competition. In October, a court approved a $2.67 billion settlement to be distributed to the plaintiff groups.”
