The 4th edition of the Madrid Competition Litigation Seminar
The 4th edition of the Madrid Competition Litigation Seminar offered a unique opportunity for an in-depth dialogue between practitioners, judges, regulatory officials, academics and other experts from around Spain and the EU about the private enforcement of competition law.
The programme was designed to take stock of the current state of the law and practice, evaluate national procedural developments within the framework of EU law and analyse the most relevant current and future cases in this area.
Competition Partner at Hausfeld, Lesley Hannah, joined a panel at 12.15 pm on 28 April to discuss a number of high-profile cases currently being litigated around Europe covering interesting issues of EU law and national procedure. The session was moderated by Marcos Araujo from Glasgow University and Lesley was joined by Fernando Irurzun, Partner and Head of Litigation, Clifford Chance, Madrid and Volker Soyez, Partner, SGP Legal, Brussels.
