London International Disputes Week - Litigation at what cost?

London International Disputes Week – which took place between 10 – 14 May – is the largest celebration of the heritage of London as a leading centre for handling international disputes.

On day two of the forum, London Partner Lucy Pert joined the panel “Litigation at what cost? Funding access to justice including group claims and collective redress” alongside Sir Rupert Jackson and speakers from 4 New Square, Quinn Emanuel, Hardwicke and Brown Rudnick. The leading legal experts explored the level of legal costs, how they are funded and traditional and alternative fee arrangements.

With extensive experience in third party funding, having previously worked at Harbour, Lucy was perfectly placed to share her wealth of knowledge on this topic.
