Jonathan is an experienced litigator with a focus on complex commercial disputes and collective claims. He joined Hausfeld in November 2021.
Jonathan trained and qualified at Pinsent Masons LLP, acting on a wide variety of contentious and advisory matters. Combined with his time at Hausfeld, he has developed extensive experience of claims involving post-acquisition warranty and indemnity disputes, professional negligence, unfair prejudice petitions and civil fraud. He has particular expertise in group claims in both commercial and competition litigation matters, including collective proceedings against global corporates and securities litigation on behalf of classes of investors.
He has represented clients in all divisions of the High Court, the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal and is experienced in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation and expert determination.
Jonathan has gained a diverse client base including UK and international corporations in the financial services, technology, manufacturing, outsourcing, energy and retail sectors, high net worth individuals and public sector clients such as government agencies in the UK and abroad.
