The Nordic Competition Law Summit 2025
On 27 November, Hausfeld Partner, Andrew Bullion, joined an expert panel to discuss the ‘State of private enforcement in the Nordics’ at The Nordic Competition Law Summit 2025.
Andrew was joined by Bart Creeve from Kromann Reumert (Denmark), Mitja Kleczka from Solve Economics, Marten Nicolin from Mannheimer Swartling, Marte Fisknes from Posten Bring AS and Daniel Barry from Plesner.
The panel explored:
- A look at recent private enforcement in the region - Price Runner v Google, Volvo v Suppliers, further Trucks damages
- Assessing damage claims valuations in private enforcement
- Discussing the use of experts in proceedings
