Demica is a member of our commercial disputes team.
Expertise
Demica has experience dealing with a variety of commercial litigation disputes, including shareholder disputes, post-acquisition warranty claims, fraud, health and safety matters, property litigation disputes and arbitration. Since qualifying, Demica has supported the disputes team, often as the lead junior, on a variety of cases and regularly supervises trainees.
She joins us from Pinsent Masons where Demica was a highly-regarded member of the Litigation and Regulatory team. Before that she was a Paralegal at Shoosmiths.
Demica has a strong commitment to racial justice and social mobility in the workplace and has supported initiatives which aim to inspire young lives, and which encourage discussions on racial equality.
She speaks fluent Punjabi.
