The Collective Cast - The FX and Trucks Court of Appeal Decisions

In this episode of the Collective Cast, we cover two much-anticipated judgments handed down by the Court of Appeal on Tuesday – the first in FX and the second in Trucks.  The judgment in FX is particularly significant as the Court of Appeal’s decision means that this is the first claim with a predominantly business class to proceed on an opt-out basis.  Lucy speaks to Anthony Maton, Nicola Boyle and David Lawne about both rulings and their implications for the collective regime. (*)
