ICC appoints Ned Beale to its UK Arbitration and ADR Committee

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Ned Beale to the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) UK Arbitration and ADR Committee. The committee helps shape the ICC’s Arbitration and ADR rules and regulations.

Ned is a leading commercial disputes lawyer, specialising in complex commercial litigation and arbitration with a domestic as well as international angle. He regularly appears in international arbitration for international parties as counsel, advocate, and arbitrator, including before ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and ad hoc tribunals. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Legal Week crowned him UK's Litigator of the Year at their 2019 Litigation & Arbitration Awards.

Recently, Ned chaired a panel with other leading arbitration experts at the ICC’s conference on 11 November, discussing the future intersection of climate change and international arbitration.
