TL4 – The UK digital markets competition regulation forum 2024
On 24 September, the Thought Leaders 4 Competition will bring together lawyers from top firms including Linklaters, Slaughter and May and Hausfeld to discuss the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act and implications for SMS firms, Non-SMS Firms, Business Users and Consumers.
Hausfeld Partner, Wessen Jazrawi will join Sophie Lawrance from Bristows and Robert O’Donoghue KC from Brick Court Chambers to assess the potential for private enforcement of the SMS regime.
