Jane’s practice focuses on complex litigation in predominantly antitrust, commercial and financial disputes, and consumer protection matters. Jane represents clients in litigation for harm suffered throughout the country in state and federal courts. Her litigation and client counseling experience includes acting as trial counsel in civil disputes, managing complex electronic discovery, conducting internal investigations, serving as counsel in an arbitration, and negotiating successful settlements on behalf of her clients.
Prior to joining Hausfeld, Jane worked at a litigation firm in Washington, D.C., where she and her team enforced and defended clients’ intellectual property rights in federal district courts and petitions to the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition, Jane has litigated general commercial, trade secret theft, employment discrimination, and breach of contract matters before administrative, state, and federal courts.
Jane is fluent in Korean and served as a Board Member of the Asian Pacific Bar Association of the District of Columbia (APABA-DC).

Some of Jane’s current and former clients include companies in financial services and in the manufacturing industries as well as a U.S. federal agency, patent holders, and federal and private sector employees.
