- In re Broiler Chicken Grower Antitrust Litigation – In which the firm represents a class of broiler chicken growers who allege a nationwide conspiracy among the five largest vertically-integrated poultry companies to suppress and maintain compensation for growing services below competitive levels.
- In re Diisocyanates Antitrust Litigation – In which the firm represents a class of direct purchasers of the industrial chemicals methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) in claims against major industrial suppliers for conspiring to artificially inflate prices in violation of federal antitrust law.
