Expertise
Inès joins Hausfeld from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Amsterdam, where she commenced her legal career and qualified as an associate. She has developed extensive experience working on domestic and multi-jurisdictional competition matters and possesses expertise in follow-on damages claims, competition authorities investigations and merger clearance.
Inès has represented clients before the Dutch and European Courts and several competition authorities including the Dutch Competition Authority and the European Commission.

Working towards a diverse, equitable and inclusive work force is paramount to Inès who is an active member of Hausfeld's Women’s Alliance group.

Acting for the proposed class representative, consumer advocate Julie Hunter, in collective proceedings filed against Amazon.com, Inc. seeking damages on behalf of UK consumers for alleged anticompetitive conduct in relation to Amazon’s ‘Buy Box’.
