Since joining Hausfeld, she has worked on arbitral proceedings, commercial litigation and high value financial services disputes.
During her training with BLP, she also obtained experience in contentious and non-contentious work including antitrust and competition, real estate and corporate tax besides her work on general commercial disputes. Prior to undertaking her training contact, Hana worked in the litigation team in the General Counsel’s Organisation at American Express.

Pro Bono Recognition List
In 2024, Hana was recognised as part of the newly launched Pro Bono Recognition List, published annually, which celebrates solicitors and barristers who have dedicated 25 or more hours of pro bono legal assistance in the previous calendar year. The list is under the patronage of The Lady Chief Justice of England & Wales and is supported by The Law Society, Bar Council and all major pro bono legal organisations.

Hana has undertaken investigatory work in relation to theft of confidential information and cyber-security incidents.
She was also part of the legal team which filed a CPR 19.6 representative action in the High Court against Marriott International on behalf of Martin Bryant, representing millions of affected individuals concerning a major data breach involving the Starwood guest reservation database when unknown persons gained access to hundreds of millions of guest records between July 2014 and September 2018.
Hana has acted on a variety of environmental matters, including matters relating to climate change litigation.

During her time at BLP, Hana supported the legal team working on the National Grid and Scottish Power “follow-on” damages action against members of the high voltage power cables cartel. She also obtained experience working on the renowned Trucks litigation.
Further experience includes working on the FCA’s investigation into insurance brokers in the aviation sector.
