Five Hausfeld articles make the Antitrust Writing Awards 2019 shortlist

Five articles and nine antitrust lawyers from our US, UK and German offices have been shortlisted by the Editorial Committee in the 2019 Antitrust Writing Awards’ Business category.

One other article, equally published as part of Hausfeld’s Competition Bulletin, was selected. The nominations are a testament to the unequivocal quality of the Bulletin - expertly edited by antitrust icon Irving Scher - and the excellent contributions of its authors.

The awards promote practical antitrust skills and reward the best articles published in professional publications in 2018 by individual authors with a total of 150 articles selected.

In a next step, the Business Steering Committee will nominate 20 articles with the Board electing the 10 winners. Readers will also be able to vote for their favourite articles.

The winners will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner on March 26, 2019 in Washington.

The following articles and authors have been nominated:
