Benchmark Litigation 2022 rankings highlight Hausfeld as a Tier 1 firm nationwide for antitrust

We are proud to announce that Benchmark Litigation has highlighted Hausfeld as a leader in antitrust litigation, recognizing the firm at the national level, as well as regionally on both coasts.

Hausfeld has been ranked a Tier 1 firm in antitrust nationwide by Benchmark Litigation in its national practice area rankings, and as a ‘Top Plaintiff Firm’ nationwide. The firm is described by the publication as “an undisputed trailblazer, identified as a ubiquitous presence by peers on both the plaintiff and defense sides of the ‘V’.”  Hausfeld has also been recognized as a ‘Top Plaintiff Firm’ in the District of Columbia, and the firm’s San Francisco office has been highly ranked in the categories of antitrust, dispute resolution, and plaintiff litigation.

Among the San Francisco team, partner Megan Jones, and partner and antitrust practice co-chair Bonny Sweeney were singled out for their excellence in the area of antitrust/competition, both honored as ‘California Litigation Stars,' and ‘Local Litigation Stars.’  Megan was identified by several peers as “a leader at Hausfeld,” while Bonny was further commended for her work in sports and entertainment law, consumer protection, and pro bono matters.

In Washington, D.C., firm founder and chair Michael Hausfeld was honored as a ‘National Practice Area Star,’ as well as a ‘Local Litigation Star’ and is described as “the name partner who entrepreneurially built his firm into a zealous plaintiff empire.”  Also in D.C., Partner Hilary Scherrer was honored as a ‘Local Litigation Star,’ and, like Michael, recognized for her work in the competition/antitrust, commercial, and securities arenas.
