BIICL Climate Change Litigation: Comparative and International Perspectives

This afternoon event hosted by the British Institute Of International & Comparative Law explored the legal progressions in the field of climate change, and focused on developments in national courts, regional courts and human rights monitoring bodies.

An expert panel, including Hausfeld’s Head of Human Rights and Environmental Disputes Ingrid Gubbay, shared comparative and international perspectives on the high profile topic. Each panellist discussed opportunities that have arisen and the challenges and constraints faced, they also considered the links between climate change litigation and other forms of climate change advocacy.
