ABA’s National Institute on Class Actions 2022
ABA’s National Institute of Class Actions 2022 seeks to gain practical class action insight, showcasing the latest developments and offering skill sharpening trial techniques. In-house counsel from some of America’s top companies to tell us what they look for in lawyers (on both sides), how they prepare to defend bad and good cases, and what they seek and avoid when selecting counsel.
On the second day at 9.00 am, Lesley Hannah joins a panel of legal experts examining ‘The Good, the bad and the plumb ugly’ on international approaches to private, civil class actions. The group will discuss their current cases, comparing the similarities and differences of their jurisdictional processes, highlighting the strength of class action regimes globally.
